Went to see Troilus and Cressida this weekend (First time Friday tickets only £10 and with a really great view!) - I was blown away by everything: amazing acting, stage set, costumes, music (composed by Evelyn Glennie)! At first, there is a feeling that you can't get to grips with the story line and then you find yourself well and truly immersed in it. There is so much to reflect on, now that the show is over: misunderstandings, the passion of first love, the folly of pride, the power of testosterone,to name but a few.
Good to see lots of male parts taken by women, eg pictured right, Agamemnon and Ulysses. Ulysses was incredible at explaining the story to us, and using physical gestures to emphasise points along the way.
